The Wheat City Whiskey Jacks topped the Anchorage Whalers, 7-2, in Frontier League action at Grounds. The standout performance belonged to Wheat City pitcher and Corpus Christi, Texas, native Matt Chupp. In 8 innings, Chupp surrendered 8 hits, while striking out 11 and walking 0. He allowed 2 runs.
