The Pittsburgh Monongahelas defeated the Tuscon Raiders, 4-2, in Frontier League action at Forbes Field. Pittsburgh pitcher Ottheinrich Lindner had a standout performance. In 6.2 innings, Lindner surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. The Monongahelas lead the Frontier League Heartland by 6½ games.
