Crusaders Walk Off with 3-2 Win
The Columbia Crusaders took Norfolk pitcher Alex Gonzales's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Segra Park. The final score had Columbia getting past the Vikings, 3-2. Gonzales went 7.1 innings and allowed 1 run, striking out 7. The win for the Crusaders lifted their record to 26-18.

Columbia won the game in the bottom of the 16th inning. With one out and Austin Cooney on the mound for Norfolk, first baseman Steve Blackburn hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Crusaders fans to their feet.

"This was one of those 'not to be denied' games," said Columbia field general Lookie Wookie.
