The Hamilton Hitters topped the Mexico City Blazers by a score of 8-5. Leading the way was designated hitter Jordan Becerra. Becerra went 2 for 5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for the Hitters. Wes Miller picked up the win in relief for Hamilton, while Noe Martenez took the loss. Nelson Rayon finished to wrap up his 16th save.

Hamilton relied on the bat of Matt Gaeta to get the win. The first baseman ripped a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Hitters ahead, 8-5. For the game, Gaeta had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Becerra told the Hamilton Times.
