Rookie Wiz Gets June Award in CL Wednesday, July 1st , 2065 Cody Hansing earned June's Rookie of the Month honors in the Continental League for last month's performance. The boyish San Diego second baseman might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Hansing hit .354 with 3 home runs, 13 RBIs and 14 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. Hansing is hitting .276 this season with 4 home runs, 21 RBIs and 26 runs scored. He has 51 hits in 185 at-bats. |
