The Math Says - Kansas City Out of Playoffs Wednesday, July 20th , 2067 The playoff hopes of the Kansas City Keys have been extinguished for the year. Today, the team was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the 2067 postseason. "It's weird, yesterday we were all talking about what we needed to do to make it to the World Series and now we're just counting down the days until the offseason, said Keys starting pitcher Jimmy Grass. Before this season, the Keys last missed the playoffs in 2065. In the 46 years they have been a North American Baseball Association franchise, they have missed the playoffs 21 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Keys have missed the playoffs 3 times. |
