Brawlers Come up Short of Playoffs Monday, July 25th , 2067 While they stayed relevant until late in the season, a playoff berth wasn't meant to be this season for the Brooklyn Brawlers. The club was eliminated from playoff contention today. "Even though we knew where things stood, it's a disappointment," Brawlers manager Lookie Wookie said. Before this season, the Brawlers last missed the playoffs in 2065. In the 46 years they have been a North American Baseball Association franchise, they have missed the playoffs 29 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Brawlers have missed the playoffs 4 times. |
