Lightning Celebrate Wild Card Win Sunday, July 31st , 2067 Cheers, laughter, and even a few tears filled the Louisville Lightning clubhouse as the team celebrated a Frontier League wild card berth. "We didn't win the division like we wanted to, but I'm still smiling," said starting pitcher Luis Arreola. "In the end, we've still got a chance to win the World Series and that's the important thing." The club has a 43-39 record and will be seeking the 3rd North American Baseball Association championship in team history. |
