Hamilton Devastated by Playoff Elimination Saturday, July 28th , 2063 Lookie Wookie, the manager of the Hamilton Hitters, said his players are "devastated" to have missed the playoffs. Today it became official -- the club has run out of games and was mathematically eliminated from qualifying. Hamilton last appeared in the postseason in 2061. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 26 times in their 42 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Hitters have missed the playoffs 7 times. Hamilton last won the World Series in 2045. |
